By my understanding the inner rubber inside the door that was replaced, it is not as flushed or fitted as the original door.

Bad service, never a manager, phone people are rude, you call for an update and they hang up on you very disrespectful and unprofesional....they dont regard peoples safety or families safety when returing a car

Como es posible que no hay alguien que supervise los carros a la hora de entregarlos a mi me llamaron que mi carro estaba listo el viernes 29 2026 a las 5 pm me llamaron sábado que estaba listo les dije el lunes paso por el ,llego pago mi deductible de1000 dólares me entregan mi carro me subo le doy una vuelta hai mismo en el parqueadero del caliber cuando siento que me jala el timón y me bajé a revisarlo por debajo y sale que le faltan 10 tornillos rallado donde va el millaje una piesa por la pantalla del millaje quebrado una luz de un cinturón marcando en la pantalla un tornillo en el compartimento de donde van los vasos y me dice el mecánico del taller que ese tornillo es de las otras piesa que quitaron quien me corrobora que eso es cierto me preguntó donde están los managers oh supervisores,y me sale el mecánico que me entregó el vehículo que le de 10 minutos y lo arregla como haci 10 minutos es la vida de mi familia y mía estuvo un mes el carro con ustedes .

La verdad no fue una experiencia buena mi carro me lo entregaron completamente mal no le pusieron partes originales llegue a recogerlo y senti que el carro se fue por un lado me agache revise y resuta que no le pusieron unos tornillos tengo video llame a la persona que me lo entrego le enseñe me dijo que en dies minutos lo arreglaba piense ,para esa persona la vida de mia y de mi familia son 10 minutos quebraron la pantalla de marcador de millaje movieron la bolsa de aire el clauson no funciona el rin solo lo pintaron la llanta golpiada solo la cambiaron al lado derecho dejaron un tornillo en el compartimento de vaso y me dicen que es de la parte que quitaron quien me asegura eso es un carro no es juguete Mi pregunta es donde estan los managers y supervisores,no revisan antes de entregar un carro cobraron 10 mil por "disque arreglarlo" y ahora me llaman que llego la pieza no señor ,yen el bill pusieron que 5 dias de trabajo cuando estubo un mes y fijense bien me dijo la persona que haci me trajera mi carro para no tenerlo hayi ,mi carro es una maverick 2025 ,no lo pude manejar ahora mi carro lo tengo en el Dealer por que no confio en su trabajo ,

Staff was friendly and helpful but would not recommend early appointment as service was a bit slow. A bit inconvenient for those dropping off in the morning and heading to work after as there are delays in customer service.
