Terrie "knew her stuff," and explained the needed repair processes well, which got us to decide to pick your company to fix our one-year-old. She or someone kept us abreast of the status of repairs, showed me the car mid-repair and what step the technician was working on, and somehow got our vehicle repair completed, washed and beautiful by our requested date!

This branch is like a well-oiled machine! Terrie was a reason I picked this place for my CRV last week (see my other review), and we came back this week for my wife's car. Terrie, and Nancy and Marisol in the office were efficient and otherwise great! An amiable, articulate and personable mechanic explained a procedure to us, and Terrie brought me (us?) into the shop to explain what would be done to my car, and the next week explained what was done to the other car.

I need to take my car back. The alignment on the door is not correct.

perhaps rating will increase if the fixes happen without any further issues.

My door is not properly aligned. the liner that goes over the paint is not smooth in some areas. the plastic on the door window looks like ti was bent. the plastic above the tire was not secured on properly. the hood is also not aligned properly. The plastic on the corners between the hood and the front windshield look like they've been replace with old ones. They don't match the rest of my car - they look old and falling apart. Strip on the door looks like it was closed when paint was still wet and it not smooth - does not match the other door - probably due to poor alignment.

The woman that helped me with my car was professional and nice.
