Eduardo was the one who was helping with my car. The shop in general was amazing. Eduardo was very communicative and giving me updates constantly. My repair took 2 weeks but I am beyond satisfied with the work, when I picked up my vehicle I couldn’t even tell where the damage was! This is an amazing shop and would recommend to anybody looking for a body shop

Pros: check-in process is streamlined. Appreciate that Enterprise shuttle is arranged. Cons: i had a very little verbal exchange with the representative. I had to ask about overall inspection protocol, timeline, what I should expect to happen. Major concern: every customer should have the option to request aftermarket or OeM parts to be installed. Caliber Collision should provide instant quotation when asked. Also for aftermarket or OeM parts the pricing i got was way more expensive than that i got from other vendors on the web. I was disappointed that Caliber is not able to source such parts at the lowest possible market value.
