My car took an entire week to replace a bumper, then when I try to pick it up, the AC wasn’t working, so I had to leave my car for who know how long. Terrible communication.

Everything was great at the Interbay location in Tampa Fl. Very courteous professional and did an awesome job on my car repairs. My car was even washed and detailed on the inside which was a nice surprise! Kolton kept me updated on the repair process. I was very happy with the service and will use this place again if the need was ever to come up again!

There were black prints on my internal roof panels. Looked like fingerprints stains from greasy oil stained hands. I appreciate the hard work in disassembling and reassembling but I didn’t enjoy seeing the dirty prints left behind.
