2 pieces of bumper , were not completely attached. Will have to return next week to be corrected.should have been inspected and fixed before we were called to pick up car this afternoon. .

Car was returned to us with some unsatisfactory repairs 7/31/26. Was told to bring back Monday 8/3/26 for repair. Call Monday from service writer they had ordered a new part that would be there Tuesday. Now is Thursday with no further contact. Car was put out by tech as ready Friday. Washer did not notice poor job. Service writer called and told us it was ready having obviously not looked at car. So Three people said that poor repair job was ok by them. We are not happy as more time is going on and I guess since Caliber has already been paid, service is over.

Not super likely to recommend. This process took way too long. I had a WRX go through the same thing with more damage and it did not take nearly as long to get it fixed COMPLETELY.

The girl was nice but I constantly had to reach out for updates. The eta date came and went and I would have never gotten any updates if I wasn't the one reaching out for them.
