My husband is an AVP of Material Damage. He says this was a 3-day job. They took 9 business days. Also for all 3 visits I made to the shop they were never ready for me. Someone was hunting down my paperwork and I had to sit and wait.

I just wish there was a bit more communication in regards to how much I would end up paying before they started any repairs. There was no quote or anything like that given to me at all. It wasn't until I went to pick up the car when they told me the total cost of everything. Otherwise the experience was fine and there were not any issues outside of what was already mentioned.
