The entire process of leaving my car at the shop for repairs and picking it up was seamless. On the initial pickup date, Kelly called to inform me that she wanted to redo the paint job because it did not meet her personal standards of satisfaction. I truly appreciated Kelly's conscientiousness and honesty. When I collected my vehicle, the quality of the repair was excellent. I certainly hope to avoid any future accidents, but should one occur, I will absolutely return to this shop. Everyone at the repair shop did a phenomenal job.
