Everyone was friendly, but when I went to pay with cash, I was told the lady would lose her job if I paid that way, I think that's pretty ridiculous to not be able to accept $100 deductible in cash and be told she would lose her job

They did not properly fix the passenger side where the bumper attaches at the wheel and I had to have them address it. It is still not the same as before the accident.

The entire experience with Caliber Collision was exceptional! Making an appointment was convenient. All team members I interacted with were courteous, professional and explained everything so clearly. The work was done perfectly! We're extremely happy with the repairs. Of special note is the frequent and clear communication to us as to the status of the work - which, by the way, was completed a week earlier than the original estimate. And speaking of estimates, the final cost was right on target with the original estimate. Caliber did everything perfectly and even went above and beyond. If I need auto body work done in the future, Caliber in Spanish Springs will get my business. They've earned it!
