Caliber in Sparks NV did an amazing repair job on my Subaru bumper. I am very happy. During the process I received several texts from Michelle keeping me updated along the way of how my repair was going. I picked up my car this morning from them and to my surprise they washed my car and vacuumed the inside! WOW that was above what I expected! Thank you very much! I will definitely be back in the event I need collision repair. You guys are the best!

The repair estimate was off by a few hundred dollars and details of the repairs needed were not explained properly during the first visit. I think the final bill should have been much closer to the estimate. I understand it was just an estimate, but I agreed to that price. I would not have minded paying a little more for unseen issues, but that much added cost blind sided me. It wasn't my fault the original estimator failed to list everything needed for repair. Not really happy with the overall experience with Caliber Collision on Pyramid highway.
