You guys are amazing! The team was very honest about price and estimated completion time from the very first phone call. Any questions I had was answered quickly and with kindness. The front office team has a wonderful vibe and was extremely patient with me and all my kiddos. Paige’s customer service was top notch. My car looks beautiful now and it is truly due to this amazing team at caliber in Spanish springs. I have to say from the moment we entered the business doors of caliber collision Paige and Brittany were absolutely wonderful. At one point I was returning a call, I had the pleasure of talking with Donna, which she also was very helpful and kind. At the time of pick up we had the pleasure of meeting the manager Armando, and he had noticed since the 1 front light had to be replaced that being part of the work, Armando had notice and offered if we had a few extra minutes. If he could bring the vehicle back into the shop and have the other light bulb polished, and oh my goodness what a big difference that made to the front of the vehicle. We’d like to express are thanks for being aware and more importantly, wanting to make it look better and we can’t thank Armando enough for his thoroughness with the all-around job. We were very very satisfied with how different and the difference to the look of the front of the vehicle. That was our grandson’s vehicle and it just made him so happy that to me was just absolutely priceless! Once again thanks to the whole staff at caliber collision and there’s no doubt in my mind, where if ever a next time where we’d choose to go.

It is always unfortunate when getting into a car accident, that being said Caliber Collision did a TON of work on my RAV4 to make sure it was perfect upon return. Paige was especially helpful anytime I expressed any concerns. She went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Thank you!

There was A LOT of work that had to be done on my RAV4 after my accident. I am thankful that it was able to be fixed and Caliber worked so hard to have it back to me in a timely manner. From the very first phone call to the very last interaction my experience with this company was absolutely phenomenal. I have done my fair share of business with local auto body shops over the years and this was by far the best. I was kept up to date on the entire process by the wonderful progress texts sent conveniently to my phone so there was never a question as to what was going on, every in person interaction was friendly and informative and the repair to my car speaks for itself, it’s flawless. You would never know the damage was ever there. My baby is restored, I have been made whole and I have Caliber Collision to thank.
