Armando was great from the start with sourcing all the parts needed for the building and even had to take a few extra steps to make sure I would get my car back in a timely manner. Mark and his team at the Glendale location did an amazing job and completed the work when expected. My family and I cannot thank you all enough for working with us and completing this project.

Noticed the shop milked the clock at the end of the day. Was constantly told that my truck was ready but then it wasn’t. Not all parts were installed in time, needing to bring my truck back for rework to be done. Truck was almost as dirty as when I dropped it off.

Wasn’t informed of parts not being there until the day of pick up, so when I had dropped off the rental the day prior to receiving the phone call I was very upset. When it came time for pick up vehicle still wasn’t ready. I ended up waiting in the waiting area for almost 2 1/2 hours. When the truck was finished they had forgotten to install a part so it had to be taken back. When it came to the detailing of the vehicle it was still covered in dust, water marks, and dirt. After leaving the facility found out that my wheels were never rebalanced and I now have a tired wobble on the tire/side that the work was done on. As well as it now seems I now have air in my brake system.
