It took a really long time to get our car repaired, but I understand you were under staffed at your new location in Spanish Springs. Initially, I chose that repair shop hoping the repairs would be completed sooner.

Excellent quality of work. However, it took quite awhile before my vehicle was ready to be worked on, then completed. I understand it was a new shop with few staff. It would be better to ask for a vehicle to be brought in for repairs on the day before the work begins to limit the time (weeks) we are without a vehicle.

They did a great job with a major repair. Armando, the general manager, was super helpful with a few small issues that came up. He was friendly and professional every step of the way. Best of all, when I couldn’t arrange transportation for me to pick up the truck, Armando himself drove it back to my house to drop it off. Thanks!!

The repair process was made easy by the Team at Caliber. I was updated often on the progress of my repairs and my vehicle was completed earlier than expected. When I picked up my car, I noticed a noise that I hadn’t heard before. Even though this was not related to my accident, Armando throughly investigated the issue and eased my mind.
