This place is a mess. They had our car for over a month and returned it unfixed. They ordered the wrong parts on two separate occasions. It’s now been over 3 months and we’re still trying to get things right. The manager doesn’t care, doesn’t answer questions, and just strings people along. I’d rather go anywhere else. There’s a reason the online reviews here are so bad. Zero out of 10.

Some minor scratches, glazing left on window from paint and big dried paint drips, near handle. Pictures per request. On a positive note though I am satisfied with the customer service, mainly the ladies who handled the process for my Tacoma.

It was a really smooth experience. The staff was super friendly. When I got my car back, it looked amazing, like nothing had ever happened. The paint matched perfectly, and you could tell they really paid attention to the details.

Car looks back to normal. The emblem that was replaced with another seemed dirty and kinda scratched. Was charged around $300+ for that. Kinda disappointed about that.

Front desk was friendly. When speaking with the specialist, they kept giving me the run around about the ETA, and after the car was delayed for the 3rd time I would not get responses when i would text them. I had to be the one calling them. I fear if I didn’t keep reaching out they’d keep my car for longer.

Dear Caliber Collision Team, I am writing to formally address several concerns regarding the recent repairs performed on my vehicle. After taking delivery, I have identified multiple issues that were not present prior to the accident and appear to be related to the repair process. First, the vehicle is currently experiencing a steering issue. The steering angle sensor is now out of range, and the car pulls noticeably to the left. Additionally, there is a burning tire smell after driving, which suggests an improper or missing alignment. I have an alignment report dated 01/19/2026 (prior to the accident) confirming the vehicle had no warning lights and tracked straight, with proper steering and thrust angles. There are also several cosmetic and quality concerns:     •    Scratches on the trunk that were not present before the accident     •    A damaged rear diffuser on the bumper     •    An unplugged taillight at the time of pickup, which caused other drivers to flash me on the highway until I personally reconnected it     •    Scratches on the taillight itself     •    Scratches on the interior of the driver-side rear door, including damage to the window tint (approximately 6 inches), allowing light through     •    Staining on the headliner, likely from handling during repair     •    Noticeably inconsistent panel gaps:     ◦    Excessively wide gap between the driver-side rear quarter panel and trunk     ◦    Extremely tight spacing between the quarter panel, bumper, and taillight     •    Excessive orange peel in the paint finish on the repaired quarter panel These issues raise serious concerns about the quality of workmanship and the condition in which the vehicle was returned to me. I respectfully request a thorough inspection of the vehicle and a prompt resolution to correct all of the above concerns. Please let me know the earliest available time to bring the vehicle back in for evaluation. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you for your time and assistance.
