Never had a collision repair but I can honestly say I would recommend Caliber to everyone. Great repair, very timely and excellent communication. Zac communicated via text almost daily to keep me updated with the process. I could not be more pleased or satisfied with the entire process. I hope I don’t need their service again but I know where I will go if I do!

They did an amazing job on my bumper. It was minor damage caused by dogs biting my bumper. They kept me informed daily on how the work was coming. Marisa York is outstanding, knowledgeable and answered my questions. It was good to encounter her as the first contact with Caliber Collision. She is on top of her game with customer relations. I highly recommend Caliber Collision, I expected excellence and certainly received it. If ever the need for vehicle car body work needs to be completed, I will return to the best body shop in Spartanburg, SC, Caliber Collision. Thank you to everyone working on my car.
