I am incredibly pleased with my experience at Caliber Collision. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. The front office staff were welcoming and helpful, and Zac was exceptional throughout the entire process. He demonstrated both kindness and professionalism, taking the time to clearly explain each step and ensuring I felt informed and confident along the way. The entire process was seamless, from coordinating with my insurance company to working with Enterprise for the rental car. I especially appreciated how smooth the rental experience was. The connection between Caliber Collision and Enterprise made everything so convenient, and being able to return the rental car directly at your location was a huge benefit. Most importantly, the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. My car looks like new, and it was returned to me clean and in excellent condition. Thank you for such a positive experience.
