Front bumper bolts are loose, bumper has a huge gap between bumper and fender, needs to be adjusted, Small coolant leak at overflow tank.

The daily update emails were nice. The waiting room is very comfortable, and it's nice that Enterprise picked me right up at the shop and let me leave the rental car there. Caliber Collision was extremely professional and made the most of an unfortunate situation

You can tell where the tape was placed for the paint job, it was not smoothed out.

In person customer service was good. My car was there a little over a week and I did not receive any update phones, nor was I made aware there where additional problems found so they needed to call the appraiser back out for an additional appraisal.

Staff was very easy to work with. This was as insurance claim from a 3rd party and they were very helpful and walked me through the steps that I need to take before even bringing the vehicle to their facility. Job well done!
