The paint job was poorly executed. I flagged this immediately at the time of pickup (as the shop failed to catch it themselves) and was promised it would be fixed within two weeks. That timeframe has passed, and the issue remains unresolved. Since picking up the vehicle, communication has been very poor. I have received limited responses to texts, and no one is returning my calls, even though I was assured someone would reach out. I have been very patient in giving the team a chance to take care of this, but the lack of response is unacceptable.
