After my unfortunate accident, Manuela and the Caliber team maintained constant communication informing on the progress of mybrepairs and any delays that might affect my estimated completion date. They even delivered my car to my residence. This is the second time I've used Caliber Collision once before (yes I can drive, I've always been the unfortunate recipient of a non-driving driver) and true to what I was accustomed to, the service was A1!!!

The actual repair service was done superbly. My vehicle looks great. My issue was the amount of time for completion of repairs. The completion date was pushed back several times. I was given a date, and then a day or two before the date, it would be reset to the next week. This happened several times. Vehicle was held in shop for over a month from original completion date. But actual repair was done flawlessly.

The repairs on my vehicle were performed as competently as possibly. Caliber Collision maintained a continual portal for communication. They work they performed on my vehicle was well above standard. It turned out flawless. Overall, I'm elated with how my vehicle turned out and will gladly trust Caliber Collision for my future repair needs.
