Alex Kioshi kept me informed at all times of what was going on with the repairs of my Toyota on a daily basis. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and told me of what repairs were to take place. I could not be happier with the repairs. This is not the first time my vehicle has been to Caliber Collision with my vehicle. Top quality and friendly personnel.
