I previously had a terrible experience at another Caliber location in San Antonio, but this location was the complete opposite—truly 150% different. The team here is outstanding. Every individual I interacted with was extremely professional, genuinely cared about my experience, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly. The general manager personally gave up much of his lunch break to make sure my needs were met, which speaks volumes about his leadership and dedication. He should absolutely be considered for promotion. The rest of the team also deserves recognition for their integrity, professionalism, and authentic empathy—qualities that are rare to find in business today. I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had here. This location sets the standard for what customer service should be.
