I thought your company had the best customer service ever. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. All of my questions and concerns were answered. In addition, Alex did a marvelous job with my car! She kept me in form by phone calls and text messages about the updates on my vehicle. Alex was also very friendly when I picked up my car. She made me feel like I was a valuable customer. I will definitely refer my family and friends to caliber collision.

My doors aren’t fixed all the way. The new tint on my back door is scraped up. Tehere is new scratches on my car that wasn’t there before my back door wobbles when I open it and there is a wind sound that appeared after it was in the shop. Not satisfied at all.
