Mr. Jose Rivera did a great job explaining all of my options. The only suggestion would be once the additional damage was noticed I would have like to contacted as I would have asked if it could have been fixed as well. I other than that it is nice to have a caliber collision close. I was able to get in with in two weeks of wanting to get my vehicle fixed and dropped it off Monday and it was fixed by Thursday quicker than I was told. The entire process literally took 8 days from my estimate appointment.
