Excellent customer service from all staff I dealt with. Daily updates about the progress on my car. I knew exactly when I was getting it back. I even got it back 3 days earlier than expected. The repair looks superb and I’m 100% satisfied and happy. I would very highly recommend this business for body and paint work!

The Spring Lake facility was filled with fantastic employees and stupendous service. They handled my claim with ease and in a very smooth timely manner. They kept me updated with daily updates on the progress of my vehicle. My service was complete way before I was told. It them only 1 week when they told me 3 weeks. I was to happy to receive my vehicle back in the condition as it never happened. This location represented this company to the highest standard.i have absolutely no complaints. Worry free service. I thank your team for their services. 10 stars from me. Actually 15 to be exact. If ever in need take your vehicle to Caliber Collision.

I was very pleased with my experience with caliber collision. The process from the beginning to the end was smooth. Caliber collision displayed great communication with updates regarding my car repair. When I picked up my car, it looked better than the day I got it from the dealership. They did an excellent job with the repair and detailing of my car.

Rhonda was amazing. Her communication was very appreciated and she offered to stay late for me to pick up my vehicle due to a family emergency. She is truly an asset to Caliber.

Okay so first of all, Mrs. Rhonda is an absolute GODDESS. I brought my car in around beginning-mid November, right before holidays. I knew that would cause the time to go a little over which was cool. Then it started getting close to Dec 27 which was when I have a month of leave starting, and I was going to be driving back home to Texas. Long story short, Jan2-3 came around but I hadn’t left yet since I wasn’t sure if I could take the rental I had. Mrs. Rhonda took care of EVERYTHING and I ended up returning the rental and receiving my car this past Thursday (the 30th of Jan), without having to pay a dime extra to the rental service. She was very communicative and replied to every message I sent! My car looks as gorgeous as ever! Thank you Mrs. Rhonda/ Caliber Collision for awesome customer service and work!!
