We are extremely please with the customer service we received from the very start of the repair process on our SUV. Our initial contact was with Missy Royal, who always provides great customer service, as well as Faith Worthington, who also goes above and beyond to assist with any questions we had. Once our claim had been processed and sent to Caliber, our Service Advisor was Alex Kioshi. She introduced herself, was all smiles, very professional, and answered all our questions. During the repair process, she kept us updated on the status during each step of the process. We are so pleased with her customer service and the job that caliber did on the repair of our SUV.
