Alex delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. The communication alone deserves its own five stars — clear, respectful, and consistent. We had a fantastic experience with Caliber Collision. They repaired our truck quickly and efficiently, and when we had one concern with the work, they immediately acknowledged it without hesitation. They worked with us to bring the vehicle back in as soon as they had availability and corrected the issue—no excuses, no deflecting, and no hesitation. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. We were able to get our vehicle in quickly, and during the repair we received regular updates—not just texts, but actual phone calls from real people. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and I never felt like they were rushing the job. This was especially impressive considering it was during the busy holiday season. I highly recommend this Caliber Collision. Their professionalism and customer service were outstanding.
