Shocking!!! I drove up to Caliber Collision and saw a truck that looked like mine but I thought no way because it was way too gorgeous to be mine. But it was mine. I really appreciate Caliber working with my insurance company when they wanted to obtain a used part, instead of a new OEM part. It took a few days to get through that, but the results were worth it. Truck looks great, very happy.

First of all, the service starts with the front counter. Kim was amazing. My situation was handled with expertise and professionalism to the highest degree. Every single person I interacted with was amazing. I cannot remember all their names, but the entire team was amazing. I was updated throughout the entire repair process and was never left with questions. The communication was excellent. My truck estimate was handled professionally and gave me confidence from the start. The repairs that were done were absolutely awesome. My truck is back to brand new again and I couldn’t be happier. I don’t think the guys that do the work get enough credit. Well here it is….. you guys are true masters of your craft. Upon pickup I was met and informed of all repairs made line by line and every single detail was explained. Again, thank you Caliber Collision (wide track drive) for all of your help. I will absolutely use you in the future if needed for any of my vehicles.
