Caliber collision were very easy to do business with. They handled every aspect in a professional manner and the workmanship on my vehicle appears to be top class. They even had me leave my rental car at their location to be picked up (or dropped off) so that I didn't have to worry about it. I am very pleased with how simple the entire process was and how little I needed to be involved so that I could focus on other things in life that matter more. I would recommend Caliber Collision, especially the site on Yucan Dr. to anyone I know. They make the process of having collision work done on your car not as much of a headache as it can be.

The customer service was exceptional! Mat was super communicative throughout the entire process. And the front desk customer support (sorry I forgot her name) was exceptional. She reached out to Enterprise before I did to clarify a insurance billing issue. She was on top of everything. She is a queen. The entire process was seamless and low stress and everyone I encountered was instrumental in making that happen.
