I am beyond glad that we chose Caliber Collision on Wide Track Dr. From the first phone to the last, I received nothing but great customer service. They were able to get us in very quickly after my initial call. They gave us a repair by date, and it was finished about 5 days before that date. They were able to move quickly, but efficiently. We are very pleased with the work, and I couldn't find anything at exceed my expectations.

They did a fantastic job. Sent messages letting me know of their progress on the repair. Had my car repair completed 3 days before the estimated time of completion. Would definitely use them again and will highly recommend them to any friends or acquaintances in need of collision repairs.

The customer service was TERRIBLE. I was told it would take 14 days to fix my van. I also started getting messages saying that deadline was on schedule. On the 7th day I got that message and it informed my decision to leave town on Public Transport Two hours later Caliber calls and tells me the van is ready. I started jumping through hops to get back, but a train wouldn't be back until after closing time. They offered to get my car back after hours, but I would have had to take an Uber home first to get my checkbook. I had to pay with a check. I did not get my vehicle until the next day. CALIBER local understands he disconnect from HQs in California bit it seems that HQ is simply ignoring it. I will find a new local shop if I need auto body work again.
