Really liked the cleaning inside of the car.Didn't realize it was going to be final price $1700 more than estimate & a week longer to finish that I was told at time of estimate. You always are anxious to get your car back.Otherwise car looks great.A.Grubb.

Before I got into my accident, I had just I moved away from my family. I took my car to Caliber Collision since they were contracted with my insurance and a friend recommended them. Kim and jordan are who I worked with from start to finish. They made sure the paper work was in order ahead of time, and I had all of the information I needed. Jordan kept me up to date with my vehicles progress, and he even went out of his way to send back a part that didn’t align properly with my car. He could have installed, painted over it, and marked my car complete. But he didn’t. When giving me the update that it would take more time, Jordan explained this if a car isn’t worked on in a quality good enough for his wife to be driving in it, then he isn’t comfortable with any of his customers driving it. I love that Caliber Collision gave me the same effort and service they would have done for their own family. That meant a lot to me out here.

The whole process was simple and seamless. The staff was kind and professional, and made sure I knew exactly what was going on and timelines. The text updates were timely and much appreciated. The repair was great...just like nothing ever happened. I really appreciated how clean the inside of my car was when I got it back. It was obvious it got more than just a quick wipe down. Good job!
