Worked with Mitch. This was a very professional and honest experience, and considering it was my first time having a collision, this Caliber store was perfect. Everyone at Caliber was very open and communicative about the process and answered every question I had. Repairs were done in a timely manner with updates from Mitch, and the car works better than before I slid into a curb. 10/10 experience.

10/10 experience. Worked closely with Mitch to repair my car after I slid on ice into a curb. Mitch was very easy to talk with, and always available for any calls or questions I had. Had timely updates and peace of mind from working with Caliber, and my car drives exactly as it should afterwards. Excellent service.

Previously mentioned working with Mitch in the previous answer, but if I had another collision (knock on wood) then I wouldn't want to go to anyone other than Mitch. Receptionist was also very helpful whenever I stopped in.
