It was a little annoying to get my insurance and Caliber to talk to each other. Something about needing an assignment. I don't know why I had to be a middle man, when caliber already had the info (like claim number), and could contact them. After that was settled, everything was a breeze.

At the first call, I was reminded of the incredible lady that works at the front desk! Just like our last visit, Amie was above and beyond JOYFULL, HELPFUL, & PROFESSIONAL! The person who did the walk around, Joseph, also did a good job explaining things and getting the estimates to us in a timely manner! The repair itself was FLAWLESS! I will never take our vehicles anywhere else!
