I've used Caliber Collision twice now and my boyfriend and dad have as well. I'm more than pleased with the repairs and service. Great communication throughout the entire process. I love that they go out of their way to clean the car inside and out. I will continue to use Caliber Collision if the need arises.

Caliber Collision proved that customer service is a priority for them. We dropped off our car and were pleasantly surprised at the offer of a rental car to make an out of town trip while mine was being repaired. I was picked up and taken to the lot where I drove away with a rental!! My car was repaired ahead of schedule and the frequent text messages with repair updates were very much appreciated. My car was repaired ahead of schedule. When I went to pick it up, they went outside and showed us what had been done. They cleaned my car and it looked better than when I drove it off the sales lot - windows and all! Thank you Caliber Collision! You have sold us on your customer service and stellar repair work! You get an A++++ and a big recommendation from us!!
