I shopped around before going to my insurance company and finding out that Caliber Collision is Liberty Mutual's partner. The other shops were way, way more expensive than Caliber Collision. No contest.

The staff were consistently, courteous, efficient, and I felt that they cared about me and my car and my process for getting it fixed. The repairs were done beautifully. I didn’t realize I was looking at my car when we walked up to it.

Everybody was very kind until the issue of cleanliness was brought up. The receptionist was wonderful that the service technician did not seemed pleased that we were not happy with the way the car looked and it had to be taken in and at least vacuumed.
