Taking my car in to Caliber Collision was the best experience I've ever had in taking my car to any car repair, or car service facility, that I've needed to go to. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, explained each step easily, and the process was seamless. Caliber sent regular helpful updates as they went along. I never had to guess where they were in the process. In addition, I felt respected, listened to and never judged for why my car was banged up! Also, my repairs were completed in a shorter time than projected. I would definitely give my experience with Caliber Collision an A+ and would easily recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs. Thank You.

The repair job looked great. I'm just not happy with the fact that my window is loose in the channel and they want me to drive back to Their Shop While They Fix It. Instead of coming to me fix it. Don't think it's right that I have to do the legwork for their mistakes.
