Repairs were timely and the shop kept me in consistent communication through text about each step of the process. On the day of pick up, I noticed the bumper and side panel not meeting correctly and techs took my in the shop immediately to make the repair which fixed the problem.

I was surprised how long it took to do the work. I also wondered if all the realignment and recalibration was really necessary. But in the end we were quite pleased with the quality of the work.

Aaron was very professional and thorough in explaining what definitely needed repairing (and why) and what might end up needing repairing. He did not make me feel that he was in a hurry, which was very helpful after the upset of being in an accident. He was also communicative about the timeline.
