The receptionist Aimee was absolutely amazing on helping me navigate the entire process. From calling my case worker, to helping with a rental, there was no hesitation. Highly recommended 10/10 Car was fixed ahead of schedule and got text alerts everyday following the repair process. Pure excellence!

It was a little annoying to get my insurance and Caliber to talk to each other. Something about needing an assignment. I don't know why I had to be a middle man, when caliber already had the info (like claim number), and could contact them. After that was settled, everything was a breeze.
