Andrew was wonderful, so helpful and professional. He kept me informed of all the details, about the things that were done to the car and when parts were expected to arrive. The car was impeccably clean and looked like new. A couple of times I had a bit of trouble communicating with Nicki in the front desk. Probably I didn’t express myself correctly.

I took my car here to get repaired after getting dented by a ladder. I had nothing less of a great experience with Caliber Collision. The employees were experienced in handling insurance claims and were very informative with explaining how the process would work for me. They definitely went the extra mile by cleaning and detailing the interior and exterior of my car and making a repair not included in the quote to make the right side match the newly repaired left side due to paint chipping. THANK YOU, Caliber Collision, for giving me my car back looking better than before the incident!

The work and staff were great. The only thing I do not appreciate is getting multiple txt at least one a day asking for me to fill out this survey. I’m very busy and planned on filling this out on my own time. This survey is volunteer and with your company sending so many request asking to fill out the survey makes it feel not volunteer and more of a forced request. I know if I don’t fill it out, you will continue sending txt. I almost did not fill out the survey because of being annoyed from all the txt request asking for me to fill out the survey. 1-2 txt asking to fill out survey is fine but so far I received 6 txt messages asking for me to fill out this survey. I find this a bit excessive and annoying. This is my only complaint. .
