From the min I selected the shop from my Ins Co. The communication and follow up was very prompt and professional the estimate the immediate communication with Insurance the ordering of parts the calls and text in between and the rental car coordination- the very quick repair and little to no wait finalizing! The business is well taken care of with a nice waiting room all the things that make a customer feel that their vehicle will be taken care of. The GM Brady Smith was also fantastic until he told me it was his 3rd day.. the day I picked up my vehicle I never would have known, he was knowledgeable professional
