I love the updates, the kind people, And the hard work everyone put in. It’s like my car never was in an accident. The only thing to keep the score from being 10/10 was the wait on parts. I know it’s not the company’s fault but it was still an inconvenience

When I went to pick up the car the first time, there was an additional paint chip that wasn't there pre-drop-off, and wasn't at all connected to the damage from the accident. The lettering on the back tailgate was also not replaced, and they tried to re-use the double-sided tape that was on there the first time - it didn't adhere correctly. Same was true of the bumper guard - the tape was reused and did not adhere. They immediately said they would make it right. When I went the second time to pick it up, the VOLVO lettering was corrected, but the bottom bumper guard was still not corrected. There was also a slight chip scratch in the paint from where the lettering was removed and replaced. They are currently fixing those issues now.
