We had a bumpy start but that's because was a recall and Toyota was involved so it just made the communication harder. But once it was ready to go everything was smooth sailing. The communication was excellent and the work looks great! Very happy customer.

Mike was very helpful. He made sure I knew how things were coming along. Even though it took a couple months I felt that other than getting the parts to the shop, the entire staff did a great job getting things squared away. My car looks brand new! Thank you for your excellent customer service.
