The work looked good, but the car had not been cleaned after the work was finished - there was a fine dust all over the car. As it is a black car it was noticeable - when I asked about the dust, the employee said I good wash it with a soft cloth if I wanted to clean it at home. That was not necessarily what I wanted to do that afternoon. Also, the steering wheel was dirty - somebody had used it with dirty hands.

The vehicle is making a squeaking noise on the passenger side rear where the vehicle was hit. Calipher said to take it to a mechanic and if they can prove the noise is a result or the accident, they can reopen the case. The vehicle did not make noises before the accident. How is it NOT a direct result of the accident?

You guys were quick/efficient. The body work/paint looks great since getting it back 3 days ago. You previously did work on a different car back in 2022 and its still held up/ looks great.

They have repaired damage to my.BMW twice and I can’t even tell anything happened. Brandon is a big help and very personable. Who wants to know people at a body shop, but if you need to, I’d go back to them.
