The timing was unfortunate with the Thanksgiving holiday. I dropped the car off on Tuesday before Thanksgiving as instructed and later learned on the following Monday work hadn't begun yet. It was disappointing. But the manager adjusted the bill to somewhat make up for it. I appreciate that and will return to Caliber in the future if necessary.
