Joe was a great advisor. Was very communicative and explained what they planned to do. Pushed to get the work done quickly and the car back to us in a few days. Reception/manager was helpful in getting checked in and coordinating a rental car. If we ever need more work done, definitely coming back.

Overall the experience was professional and the results were great! I was doing repair work and then later was going to trade in the car for a newer model but after I saw the work done on it, it caused me to reconsider trading it in. I'll use them again. My thanks to Joe and his team!

I worked with Anthony after my Lexus was rear ended. My experience was 10/10. Amazing customer service, prompt communication, car looks fantastic. No complaints. The inside of my car was even cleaned. Will be recommending to others or using them again if I need to!

An alignment was supposed to be done on the car. Either it was not done or it was poorly done. The passenger mirror has scratches on it from the impact of the crash and you can tell it was not removed and paint it because they’re still bug guts on it from when I drove it before dropping it off to you guys. Other than that, everything else is fine with no issues.

Damage? What damage?? It’s like there was never a collision, but there was - another driver, insured by Progressive, made an aggressive lane change that impacted my vehicle. Caliber Collision made this all go away like it never happened, at the expense of the other road-rager client. Highly recommend Caliber Collision in St Augustine (430 Commerce Lake Drive 32095) - they get work done and provide outstanding comms during repair, I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future (hopefully).
