Several occasions of "broken" repair parts held up receiving vehicle back in a timely manner. Communication was pretty good but had to max out car rental provision (30 days) which seemed more than excessive for repair delays. The car did look really good so the final repairs were done well ... appreciate the quality of work. Thanks
