No QC! Car in disarray. Scratches in plastic. Can still read writing in finish where someone wrote 'align'. Default settings no longer set, odd gaps in seams. Embarrassing for Caliber!

Just fabulous! From beginning to completion the entire staff was accommodating and transparent. The coordination between the insurance company and rental car company was incredibly seamless. Highly recommend them!
