Everything was fine until I picked up my car. It had a thick film all over the car.it was so thick that Olivia had to clean off my windows so I could see out. Why would you allow this ? Mats inside were also stained and dirty.

Repair seems ok. Car had a thick film on the entire car dirt,dust, pollen , etc. After 2 car washes at gate, paint still felt sticky having it waxed ..windows have a chemical on them no one looks at the car before it is returned to the customer??
