i was told the car was being cleaned but after waiting all day, the car still had sticky residue, my screen also came back with some scratches on it which i firmly believe were not there beforehand. lastly, my end date was pushed back three times.

Janelle, the GM I believe, is awesome! She's highly customer service focused and happy go the extra mile. The car turned out great. Unfortunately, I left personal items in the rental car. She was still there after hours and even helped me carry my things to my car. She was the only bright spot in stressful situation.
