The team at Caliber is well organized, professional and efficient. Janielle, the manager, at 430 Commerce Lake Dr Saint Augustine, explains everything to the customer. My experience at Caliber was extremely pleasant from the initial inspection, to the drop off for repairs and all the updates in between until my vehicle was ready. Janielle was extremely thorough explaining the process, what was needed and keeping me updated the whole way through. She made it very easy to trust that I was leaving my vehicle in great hands and went above and beyond considering the location had only opened a week prior to my inspection date. I’ll definitely recommend this location to any friend or family that needs car repairs.
