Our coordinator Joe was the best ! He found new parts to our 2010 Mercedes which was not an easy task . And the team of expert technicians really outdid themselves with all aspects of body work and repainting .

While it took a very long time to get the Repair, apparently due to an issue with Ford and their catalogue, they were very good at communication and made it easy through text messaging and kept me updated. A very good feature was being able to leave my rental car at the collision center there by allowing me to drop it off without the need for a secondary driver. Other than the prolonged weight, it was an excellent experience.
