The repair was great. The customer service was horrible. I gave my number phone to contact when turning my car in at your location in Jacksonville. Never got any update or communication. I had to call every week to get an update. The car was transferred to your St Augustine location. I called twice in March to get an update and the girl who spoke with was annoyed that I called. It took 40 days to fix the car. We found out when the car was ready that you had the wrong phone number. You had my phone number from 10 years ago. Had I not called the car would have just sat there. I finally got a text from you when I had picked up the car. 4 phone calls and 40 days later car was fixed.

Most other body shops wash the car when the job is complete. Our car was not clean? Maybe that is not calibers policy?

After waiting over 5 months to get a dent repaired and then have it take almost 4 weeks to do and now the fender trim is coming off so I have to take it back to get that fixed

Janelle was awesome from the first day we had to return our car from a poor repair in Irvingtion, NJ. We hit a deer in NJ, Irvington "fixed it" and while driving the car home to Florida, we discovered the A/C was not working and the battery kept dying. Besides that, many of the finishing were not reinstalled and left in the car for us to deal with. Thankfully, Janelle and her team diagnosed and repaired the remaining issues.
