So far, I have no complaints. Everything looks good. Referring to the question about whether the car was done on time, they didn't really give me a time of completion, so I couldn't say if it was done on time. But it was done in a reasonably amount of time. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work.

Caliber Collision went above and beyond repairing our vehicle by replacing a damage headlight from past repair. Current damage was all replaced. Color match was perfect and also added the 3M film back on. I am pleased with their service and will go back again if the unfortunate happens again !

They are very good people. Just not sure my communication of accident and what happened was clear. The only thing they were fixing was bumper basically.

According to the paper I received the visible repairs were completed very well. I didn’t notice that any external look was made to check parking mechanisms or anything associated to hidden potential damage from my parked car being hit and pushed a couple hundred feet backwards whilst in park. Nothing was indicated on the completed work order.

I’m not sure it was understood completely when I explained what happened when my car was hit when parked and pushed a couple hundred feet (while car in PARK) out into the drive lane in the parking lot. I come out of the store to see my car sitting in the drive lane and cars had to go around it. My major concern was damage to parking gears/mechanisms and breaks etc. The work order doesn’t mention anything about inspecting these vital areas when a parked car is pushed backwards while in PARK position. I am quite concerned about this and will be stopping in to talk with them very soon to understand what exactly was checked.
